Condition #10 of the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 82-0611 currently states: Within the area between Mission Gorge Road and the San Diego River, blasting will be precluded within 200 feet of the Mission Gorge Road right-of-way and within 275 feet of the northeasterly property line adjacent to the Mission Pacific residential neighborhood.
Change Condition #10 of CUP 82-0611 to:
No mining-related blasting is permitted south of the San Diego River Between Princess View Drive (extended) and Mission Vista Drive. Sign Petition:
